Cancellation Policy
A 30% cancellation fee (based on the scheduled service(s)) will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, resulting in forfeiture of the appointment, and the cancellation fee will apply. You will also need to reschedule. If you need to change your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations will incur the 30% fee.
If the fee is not paid, your card on file is declined, or no card is on file, the fee must be settled before you can rebook. Please be mindful of the stylist and other clients' time. Thank you!
